Mortar Sample Boxes

Recommendation: These colors should be usable for most projects, however, colors can have slight variations due to inconsistencies in the raw materials (pigments and sands) used in manufacturing Jahn Mortars.

The 6 Box Kit includes: Brownstone, Concrete, Limestone, Sandstone, Terra Cotta/Brick, and Pointing Mortar.

If a near-perfect color match is paramount to your project, we recommend the following:

1. Be sure to use current Mortar Color Samples. Check the date on the inside of the box; if the date is older than 1 year, we recommend ordering a current sample box for your project. You can use the QR code included inside to order new Mortar Color Samples.
2. Combine colors onsite. A near-perfect color can be achieved by determining a ratio of 2 or 3 combined colors. Use the QR code inside the sample box to watch a demo video.
3. Always order sample size(s) of your mortar choice(s) and install mockups on the actual masonry substrate
